Privacy Policy

This policy explains what RevenueLift ("we," "us") collects on revenuelift.us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain language on purpose.
What we collect
- What you tell us in the application: your first name, business name, email, mobile phone, state, and your answers about your business (industry, time in business, revenue range, whether you take card payments, what your business needs, your website or listing).
- Your call booking: the time you pick for your call.
- Basic technical data: standard web logs and advertising identifiers (such as the Meta pixel and ad-click parameters) that tell us an ad led you here.
How we use it
- To review and verify your application, schedule your call, and hold your spot on the calendar.
- To contact you by phone, text, or email about your application, your call, and related offers — with your consent, given when you submit the application. Consent is not a condition of receiving any reward or service.
- To send your rewards (the vacation certificate and dining certificate) after your completed call.
- To measure our advertising, including sending a hashed (scrambled) version of your contact details to Meta so we can tell which ads work. Hashing means Meta receives a code derived from your details, not the readable details themselves.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run this site and our scheduling: our website host (Netlify), our text-messaging provider (Twilio), our email and calendar provider (Google), our travel and dining certificate provider (to fulfill your rewards), and Meta for advertising measurement as described above. Each provider receives only what it needs to do its job.
Text messages
Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text from us to opt out immediately, or HELP for help.
How long we keep it
We keep application and booking records while your application is active and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your choices and rights
- Opt out of texts any time by replying STOP.
- Ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email us at the address below and we will act on it. California residents: this includes your rights to know, delete, and correct under California law; we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined there, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
